If your product is defective, damaged, mispelled, incorrect from what you ordered, or different from what you ordered, we will grant you a refund or an exchange without you having to ship the item back to us. Simply send us an email ([email protected]) explaining the situation with a picture of the product you received and we will do the rest.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason we will grant you a refund or an exchange up to 30 days after your order was delivered. You are responsible for shipping costs. If you would like an exchange please leave a note in your package letting us know what you would like to exchange the product for, and this item must have a price equal to or less than your original purchase price. If you would like a refund, simply send back the item, and when we receive it we will issue you a full refund.
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you must do this within 24 hours after purchasing. After this time we will have started work on your personalized item.
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to purchase the order and funds will be available within 24 hours. If funds are not available within 24 hours, please wait another 48 hours as there can sometimes be delays with the credit card companies. If by this time your funds are still not available, please contact us and we will contact the credit card company.
